I was very pleased with the representative Chris, he was able to answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the generator. He worked efficiently and was polite and courteous.

We had Chris come today to do the full maintenance on our Generac 22kw unit and he was fantastic! Super competent and showed that he really cared about his work. I will be using Chris from now on for my generator needs!
